 What happens when you place an order?
You provide Sweet Memories with a photo of your Loved One (you can have one or two people on your Tribute).
When you place your order you have the option to send us your Loved Ones photo online with the order or by mail, to:

We take your Loved Ones picture, remove the background and place it on the background you choose from our TRIBUTE BACKGROUNDS
and also add your choice of TRIBUTE VERSE (there is a space on the form so you may add your own verse).
Full name, date of birth and death are then also added.
When you are ready you can PLACE YOUR ORDER. You will start by choosing the picture or pictures size and quantity. After
checking out you will then be returned to a Thank You page where you will find the link for filling out a form for supplying
us your Loved Ones information.
If you would like to see in advance the information you need to enter on your Loved Ones form please click here: Send us your Loved Ones information. Please don't fill out the form before you start the PLACE ORDER PAGE. First, return to this page for further directions.
On our Loved Ones Information form you can also select a button to have your Tribute put online with a guest book for one
year. This offer is free for the first year with a $4.50 fee thereafter per year.

You can make payment for your order by credit card or use your PayPal account.
If you don't like ordering online you can go to our Printable Order Form, print it out, and enter your information. Then mail it to us along with a money order for payment.
