There are 2 different ways to order. And you can renew your OnLine Memorial below.

We have an online secure store for credit card or PayPal payments or a print & mail order form. You can also go to our store to purchase a Memorial Tribute Gift for a friend. Please Email us if our forms or payment methods do not meet your needs or prefer something else, we will do our very best to accommodate you. Also please contact us if you need help understanding anything on our website, we want you to have a pleasant experience with us rather than leave discouraged.

If you plan to use a CREDIT CARD or PayPal for payment:

Click on this link CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL PAYMENT. You will first go to our online store where you can order the size and quantity for your tribute. After you checkout and make your payment you will automatically be redirected to a form where you will fill in your loved one's information and be able to send their photo. NOTE: You must order at least one 8 X 10 printed photo tribute. Your Email address and loved one's name is your order number with us. Please reference it for future contacts about this order. You will also receive an order number from the company that handles our credit card purchases, PayPal.com.

How to order by mail:

You may make payment with a check and send your Loved One's Photo through regular mail (see note below).

If you would like to mail everything and do not have an Email address then the date along with your name is your order number. Sorry but you will not be able to order the online memorial service that we also provide for you if you do not supply an Email address.

How to give a friend a memorial tribute gift:

Click on this link GIVE A FRIEND A GIFT to go straight to our store to give a friend a memorial tribute gift, we have 3 gift packages to choose from. At a minimum your friend would recieve an 8 X 10 printed memorial tribute along with the online tribute and guest book. After your purchase we would Email you a gift certificate that you could print out to give your friend along with instructions on how they can redeem their gift certificate.

REDEEM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE After following the instructions on your certificate, click on this link and enter your loved one's information on the form and include the certificate number as directed on the certificate. Please let us know if you would like additional prints of your tribute.

NOTE: Sending things through regular mail and also paying by check will extend the length of time before you will receive your memorial. We will not start work on your memorial until we have all of your information and your check has cleared the bank.

Note: If you don't have a picture on your computer, your local copy center (for example Walmart, Kinkos, Office Max) should have an economical means of scanning and sending your photos to our Email address.

Note: It is our policy to NEVER pass on any information you submit for any reason. We don't like spam, so rest assured that we will never sell or even give away any of your information including your Email address. We will only use your Email address as your account number and to reach you if we have a question about your order.

You will receive your order from Sweet Memories in the mail in a few weeks and you will receive an Email from us, if you ordered the OnLine Memorial, informing you of the URL to use for it.
